It's late - and I'm going to have to call it quits on work stuff and go to bed now. Good news is that there haven't been any more noticeable seizures since this morning. It is possible that she could be having very minor seizures that aren't visible through external motions. But, when they looked at the preliminary results of the EEG monitoring, it looked clean - though showing some spots of activity, but no clear seizures. The EEG is hooked up overnight and Erika's brainwaves were going crazy as she ate a good dinner, and we sat and laughed and talked for a few hours tonight. She was saying longer sentences, and more "off the cuff" remarks and Erika'isms. She talked to her Aunt April on the phone, and she almost sounded like normal! So, good progress today - hopefully we gave the EEG some good data to try and see what is going on.
