Well, it has been a nutty month. We sold the house, packed up all of our things, and moved into a peanut of an apartment across the street from the girls' school. While we wait, it feels like we're treading water. Almost unpacking, but knowing that it's only temporary while Rich looks for a new job. Until then, we're learning to climb 3 flights (yes, 3!) of stairs with ease and swim as often as possible. It's not all that bad, unless you're our downstairs neighbor. I'm sure that she won't miss 4 kids running around early in the morning!

we ended up here. As you can see, Miles is enjoying every minute of the pool!
Oh man! You guys are troopers! When my family first moved to Cary we lived in a townhouse (2 parents & 6 kids & 1 infant). It was nutty too!
ReplyDeleteYou guys are fantastic. I'm sure you were laughing and smiling for most of the adventure too. You can turn any not so grand situation into a fun time! We plan to head your way in June! We have to see you...you know, spend a few days with you in the apartment...AWE.SOME! ;)

ReplyDeletewe've lived in 600 sq ft appt with Ava and the dog. it was fun. i had to keep everything super-organized not to go nuts because the space was so small.
