On Memorial Day, we decided it would be fun to go over to Bond Park in Cary and rent a boat for an hour and cruise around on the lake. It was a lot of fun! The boat rental was only $3/hour for the rowboat. Miles found his lifejacket to be really uncomfortable, but other than that everyone loved it. Aydan especially loved rowing and getting the boat to go where she wanted. She was SO committed to beating the current and wind, it was great rowing along with her.We are so grateful to all the men and women who have fought and given their lives to keep our country safe and free - and to try to bring those rights to others. Great pics guys! Looks like alot of fun. We haven't tried that since Parker was 2 and Meadow was getting very large in my tummy - We both found the life jackets really uncomfortable as well ;) We'll have to try again soon!
